We highly encourage bringing your own yoga mat, yoga props (bolster, block, strap, etc), a bottle of water (no glass, please), a journal, and a light blanket. We will provide mini journals and pens for all guests, plus limited yoga gear for those who need it.

Will the drinks contain any alcohol or other substances?

All beverages at Clarity Countdown will be non-alcoholic, which is defined as having between 0.0%-0.5% ABV (alcohol by volume). Some drinks will be completely alcohol-free. Non-alcoholic beverages containing CBD may be present and available.

Standard yoga clothes and layers are recommended. The warmer layers and/or a light blanket may be preferred during the sound bath.
